The Aerona³ R32 air source heat pump range is suitable for installation with Homely Heat Pump Optimisation Controls, providing installers and their customers with further choice when it comes to controlling their Grant heat pump systems.
Two new features have been added to Grant UK’s website, enhancing the level of online support the Company provides to its customers. Their new Customer Support Centres – one dedicated to homeowners and a second dedicated to engineers, installers and heating professionals – are online hubs which provide extensive post-installation care, advice and maintenance support for Grant products.
Grant UK is pleased to announce that Steven Paton is the Company’s new Sales Support Engineer for the North of England and Scotland, providing technical sales support to customers and assisting their renewable heating projects.
Two new Area Sales Managers have joined Grant UK’s Sales Team providing customer support in the field for all their products. Jim Moody has been appointed as the new Area Sales Manager for central and southern Scotland and Terry Townend is the new Area Sales Manager for the Midlands.
Product training on the Aerona³ air source heat pump range is now being delivered by the Grant UK Training Academy at Combined Heating Services Ltd, a training centre in Norwich. Grant heat pump models have been installed at this centre to make product training more accessible for heating engineers based in the East of England.
Throughout the 2023/24 season, Grant UK and Bath Rugby will be delivering a Grassroots Community Sustainability Programme to ten local primary schools. The Programme will build upon the Kick the Carbon campaign that Grant UK and Bath Rugby launched last year, raising awareness about sustainability and educating local schoolchildren about the different changes we can all make to be more environmentally friendly.
Since 1st August 2023, the Government’s Heat Training Grant funding has been made available to eligible heating engineers to cover the cost of the OFTEC OFT21-504A Air Source Heat Pump Installation, Commissioning and Servicing qualification at the Grant UK Training Academy (subject to availability).
