On Wednesday 26th March 2025, Grant UK is hosting a Heat Pump Spotlight Event at their headquarters in Wiltshire. Those working in local authorities and social housing organisations are invited to attend where representatives from Grant UK and the Heat Pump Association will be leading discussions about air source heat pumps and the opportunities low carbon heating solutions can bring to the sector.
As part of Retrofit Action Week South West, Grant UK is hosting an event dedicated to heat pumps and those working in the local authority and social housing sector. The Heat Pump Spotlight Event will take place at Grant UK’s headquarters in Swindon, Wiltshire where guests will join representatives from Grant UK and the Heat Pump Association (HPA) to learn about air source heat pumps, the benefits of low carbon heating systems, and discover more about the support available to help local authorities and social housing bodies transition to heat pump heating solutions.
The event will open from 10am on Wednesday 26th March and will commence at 10.30am with a presentation by Craig Payne, Grant UK’s Regional Specification Manager for the West of England and Wales. This will be followed by a talk from Olivia Smalley, Head of Policy and Communications at the Heat Pump Association, focusing on the heat pump industry. An informal Q&A session with Craig and Olivia will follow before guests will be given a tour of Grant UK’s Training Academy and heat pump training facilities. The event will then finish with refreshments and networking.
